He is an active member of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM), the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe (RSE), and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional excellence and continuing education in cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Vu Kim Son graduated as a Medical Doctor from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City and worked in the Orthopaedic Trauma Department at Cho Ray Hospital for 5 years before migrating to Australia. In Australia, he continued to study Medicine and graduated as a Medical Doctor from the University of Tasmania. He then continued to study Surgery in Australia and passed the examinations of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery & Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery & Medicine. He established the Cosmetic Surgery Specialist Clinic in Springvale Melbourne Australia in 2008.
Dr. Vu Kim Son is currently the Medical Director of Australasian Cosmetic. He is a former clinical lecturer of the Faculty of Medicine at Monash University Melbourne Australia. To improve his skills and ensure patient safety, he regularly attends international conferences and seminars in the USA, Europe, Hong Kong, Korea and Vietnam.
